INGREDIENTS
- 500 g CIRIO Passata
- 200 g flour
- 100 g milk
- 80 g basil
- 80 g oregano
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 sachet of baking
- powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 limes
- 1 white onion
- 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 3 avocados ready to eat
- Micro herbs
- Salt
- Sunflower oil
- Garlic
- Butter
PREPARATION
- Put a little oil, garlic in a pan and let it fry.
- Meanwhile, clean the avocado, add the juice of 1 lime, salt and blend until you get a paste.
- Add Cirio passata to the pot in which you fried the garlic, add salt.
- Finely chop an onion and add over the avocado paste.
- Prepare pancakes from flour, eggs, milk and baking powder. Mix until you get a homogeneous paste.
- Grease a pan with butter, pour the pancake mixture and wait for it to cook.
- On a plate, place a pancake, a layer of tomato sauce, a layer of avocado paste and another pancake on top.
