INGREDIENTS
- 400g penne pasta
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4/5 hot dried chilli peppers
- 400g CIRIO Passata Rustica
- 1 bunch of parsley (optional)
- Salt
PREPARATION
- Boil the pasta in a pot with water and salt.
- In a frying pan put the olive oil, garlic and chopped chilli peppers
- When the garlic is browned, add the Cirio Passata, salt and chopped parsley.
- Let it boil for 5-6 min.
- Meanwhile, remove the garlic from the sauce and pour the pasta removed earlier 2-3 minutes before the cooking time on the package.
- Let it boil together for another 2-3 minutes and you’re done!
- Place the dish on a plate and season with fresh parsley (optional)
