Penne all’arrabbiata

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g penne pasta
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4/5 hot dried chilli peppers
  • 400g CIRIO Passata Rustica
  • 1 bunch of parsley (optional)
  • Salt

PREPARATION

  1. Boil the pasta in a pot with water and salt.
  2. In a frying pan put the olive oil, garlic and chopped chilli peppers
  3. When the garlic is browned, add the Cirio Passata, salt and chopped parsley.
  4. Let it boil for 5-6 min.
  5. Meanwhile, remove the garlic from the sauce and pour the pasta removed earlier 2-3 minutes before the cooking time on the package.
  6. Let it boil together for another 2-3 minutes and you’re done!
  7. Place the dish on a plate and season with fresh parsley (optional)
